Arka Instalacje – Polish manufacturer of solutions for the installation industry

Arka Instalacje has been operating in the sanitary and heating installation industry since 1999. From the beginning, we have been building not only products, but also an entire philosophy of cooperation with customers – based on quality, innovation and reliability.

Production and innovation

Our Implementation and Development Department develops technical solutions, which we test in the company laboratory and develop in cooperation with the Koszalin University of Technology. This results in 8 invention patents and 12 utility/industrial designs that realistically raise industry standards.
Since 2023, we have had a modern production and storage hall with an area of 1830 m². This is where our key products are manufactured: manifolds, pump groups and manifold cabinets.

Distribution and logistics
We reach more than 1,800 customers throughout Poland, and thanks to our large stock (4,500 m²) and efficient logistics, we deliver goods in 24 hours. Since 2018, we have also been developing exports and our solutions go to many European countries.

Partnership and support
We cooperate comprehensively with our customers – we offer warranty and post-warranty service, as well as regular technical training for installers and trade partners.
We are an active member of the Koszalin Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we support the All-Poland Association of Installation and Service Companies (OSFIS), and since 2023 we have belonged to the Association of Manufacturers and Importers of Heating Equipment.

We have been operating in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 certification for more than 15 years, which confirms the highest quality of our production and organisational processes.
